Model the business once
Entities, relationships and state live in Jiwari, with one governed meaning of Customer, Policy or Claim that every application reads.
Application modernisation
Separate business semantics from application code. Model your business once, expose it through stable APIs and MCP, and let teams modernise without rebuilding data models, policy logic and permissions each time.

TebanWhat this actor may do nextA legacy claims screen and its replacement call the same operation, so both behave identically while the migration runs. Illustrative.
The problem
When you replace it, that logic has to go somewhere. Hard-coding it into the new system recreates the rigidity you are trying to escape. Handing it to a runtime model adds a different kind of risk.
So most modernisation programmes rebuild the same customer model, the same approval thresholds and the same permission rules for the third or fourth time, and inherit the same drift a few years later.
What changes
The three primitives are useful on their own. Composed into Business Operations, they give the systems around them one governed outcome to call.
Entities, relationships and state live in Jiwari, with one governed meaning of Customer, Policy or Claim that every application reads.
Pricing, eligibility and approval logic compile into Kebiki packages the new system calls, instead of being rewritten inside it.
The application becomes replaceable. The business definitions it depended on stay, versioned and tested, for whatever comes next.
Who this is for
The same platform reads differently depending on what you are accountable for.
| Role | What they get |
|---|---|
| CIO and CTO | A modernisation programme that leaves durable assets behind, not another rewrite due in five years. |
| Enterprise architects | Business semantics with an owner, a version and a contract, rather than a diagram. |
| Platform engineering | Stable APIs and MCP surfaces that application teams build against. |
